Dana Woroniuk
Teacher: PE 10, PE 30
Mrs. Woroniuk taught in Saskatchewan for 6 years before relocating to Red Deer where she has spent the last 19 years at Notre Dame.
She was a farm girl raised in Unity, Saskatchewan and grew up in a sports family that spent most weekends in a gym, at a rink, on a ball diamond. Apparently... not much has changed.
When she thinks of her role as a teacher, she thinks of Mother Teresa who said, "I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the water to create many ripples."
