Teresa Borchers

Mrs. Borchers started her teaching career in Northern Alberta and joined Red Deer Catholic in 2008. She began teaching at St. Patrick’s Community School and then supported the RDCRS Division team as Literacy/English as an Additional Language Lead Teacher for five years. In 2017, she opened St. Joseph High School as Vice Principal, where she remained for six years. Mrs. Borchers then became Principal of St. Gregory the Great Catholic School in Blackfalds, prior to joining Ecole Secondaire Notre Dame High School.

Mrs. Borchers is honored to be returning to high school, supporting youth and families in their pathway to graduation. She looks forward to connecting with students and families at Ecole Secondaire Notre Dame.

Born and raised in Barrhead, Alberta, Mrs. Borchers and her husband, Wilson, have been married for 27 years. They are the proud parents of two wonderful children, Kaitlyn and Grayson. Together, they enjoy cheering on their favorite sports teams and camping.
