The doors to Notre Dame will open at 8:45 a.m. Unfortunately, due to COVID guidelines, parents are not permitted to enter the building. Students, please come with your own mask as they are mandatory.   We ask that you please follow proper social distancing and do not gather in groups. Once you arrive at the school, put on your mask, come in, sanitize your hands at the sanitation station,  and find your Block 1, Day 1 class. You will need to have access to PowerSchool so you can see your schedule. If you are a new student to Red Deer Catholic, your schedule will have been emailed to you. Schedules will not be printed. There will be staff in the hallways to help guide you to your Block 1 class. If your room number starts with a 1 (Example: Room 1204) then you will find your room on the first floor. If it starts with a 2 (Example: Room 2609), then you will find your room on the second floor. Room numbers can be found above each classroom door. Please follow the arrows that are on the floor for the direction of travel.

Please bring a pen/pencil, notebook, and headphones in a backpack.  Students will not have lockers, so it is important that students are able to carry their belongings with them throughout the day.

We will begin our day at approximately 9:00am. Students will be provided with an outline of the day and our youth minister, Mrs. Manser, will lead us in prayer over the announcements.

Lunch will occur in the same Block 1 class. Lunch will NOT be provided due to COVID regulations, so please bring your own lunch and refillable water bottle. Although you cannot use the fountains, there are places to fill your water bottles. There will be some snacks available.

The day will conclude at 3:15. Students will be released in a staggered approach and are asked to leave the school grounds as quickly as possible in accordance with COVID protocols.
